Paddy (a B & B owner) is really lovely and good fun - I have talked to her lots since I first wrote and she is so kind and nothing is too much trouble. Florence and Joyce (two of the staff) are very sweet too.

John, (the B & B’s co-owner) has also been very nice to me - taking me to the hospital when I went in and collecting me, which was, of course, vital as I was in a big bandage and a bit wobbly. I also went for a walk along the beach with him and the dogs on the first day which was good and really nice of him to include me.

You were right, as ever, to book me here as it is so peaceful with the lovely staff and really near for (the surgeon) to pop in.

Thank you too for your very efficient organisation. Everything ran exactly as you told me it would, I was so well looked after and everybody was enormously kind. And you were great to keep in such close touch with me from the beginning to the end.

If I ever want any other cosmetic surgery done I’ll come straight back to you. And, in the meantime, if I can recommend you to any of my friends, I certainly will.

(The cosmetic surgeon) is an absolute star. He was wonderful when I was in the hospital. Then he came round last night - Friday - to see how I was. And again today, of course, to take off the bandage and he says he is going to come a few times next week.

It's great to hear from you. I have just come back from (a Zululand game reserve) and I was very lucky. The weather completely changed and was wonderful. (The reserve) looked so good - typical African bushveldt and just beautiful. I saw lots of animals - lion, cheetah and a rhino + baby really close. And elephants, giraffes, zebra, impala and baboons.

Later we went to a cheetah protection station and saw cheetah, wild cats, and lynx which were due to be returned to the wild. We also went to St Lucia and down the river and saw hippos and crocodiles. It was all very exciting and the guide was very efficient, obliging and knowledgeable. Well worth it.

It was all worth it!!

Yesterday my favourite man in all the world whom I have only seen three times since I returned suddenly said - completely out of the blue "You look so pretty". (No, he doesn’t need glasses and Yes, he is a bit biased). I said, "Don’t be ridiculous - you know that's never been true”. And he said, "Honestly, you look so good" so I believed that bit as it was completely out of context.

And I owe it all to you and (the surgeon)!! I have written to him too.

This is really just a long winded THANKS - you must get so many grateful clients as it is such a efficient, client-friendly, supportive experience when it could be a lonely, scary, procedure.
