We usually begin by talking about your requirements and problems with you on the telephone, by email, or by fax. And if possible meet you in London. We then talk to the relevant surgeon or consultant and, if you decide to go ahead with your procedure or treatment, put you in touch with him/her.

We can also give you prices and brochures on the B & B recuperation hotels and on all the holiday properties. We will then discuss all these with you. Or we can send you brochures and then answer all your questions.

When you have decided on your surgical or dental procedure/s or other treatment and we have fixed a date with the relevant surgeon and hospital or clinic, we check flight availability with our travel agent who can usually negotiate good discounts. Or, if you prefer, we can leave you to deal with your own agent.

We then make bookings for the hospitals and the recuperation accommodation and finalise any holiday arrangements.

When you arrive in Durban - which is normally in the morning - you will be met at the airport and taken to your chosen B & B or hotel. Or, in the case of clients needing treatment for addictions or for eating disorders, you will be met and then driven straight to the clinic in the mountains.

On the day that you arrive, we will have arranged the first appointment with your surgeon or consultant - which is when you can discuss your proposed treatment or procedure in detail and ask any questions. (We will make all transport arrangements for you).

Following your operation, you will go back to your recuperation accommodation. The staff there will look after you very well and you should soon be able to enjoy the pool and the garden. If you are a patient at the clinic in the mountains you will start your treatment immediately after assessment and remain at the clinic until your treatment is completed.
